Do you remember your first period experience? Are you hoping for a better experience for your daughter?
The My First Period Workshop is designed to prepare both her and you for the start of menstrual cycles with a focus on science, values, and celebrating the dignity of women.
Agenda:
  • Anatomy & "Equation of Life" **

  • A closer look at menstrual cycle hormones

  • Briefly talk about the stages and signs of puberty, including breast development and cervical mucus (not every girl notices this before her first period but for those that do, it is extremely helpful to know it is normal and natural)
